in the beginning...

Where to start? Well I was born and raised in Ishpeming, MI. That makes me a Yooper by birthright! Love the woods, but at this point I've had my fill of snow. My parents owned an accounting firm, so I basically grew up in an office. Computers and office machines are old hat. 

Started playing guitar earlier in my teen years and have always had a deep appreciation for music. Spent some time in a bar band called Problym Chyld. That was a hoot. Graduated from Westwood High School, had a blast. Volley ball anyone? 

To the mountains...

After High School, I moved to Colorado with one of my high school buddies. We both got jobs at The Insulation company installing fiberglass insulation all over the Colorado and Roaring fork valleys. (Itchy!)

I worked for while as a title clerk at a car dealership untill it sold then went across the street to a detail shop for a few. 

Then one day we decided to move back east by family.

the land of cheese

Living in Wisconsin was alright. Cheese is apparently a good fertility drug. My son was born and I worked various jobs while going to college for Electric power engineering and Computer programming. There's no reason to talk about Cobalt 84.

Had some interesting jobs here. WalMart, Heresite Protective coatings, even made some Nesco roasters at a manufacturing plant near my Mom's house. But, alas, after a few years there, we just couldn't get over the mountains.

back to the mountains...

The first couple of years back in Colorado, I cataloged books at a library system before going back to auto detailing. A few years later I was managing the detail shop, car wash and tire department. After 7 years there, I was aproached by a dealership around corner. From sales assistant to IT to Parts counter, I did a lot there. 

Camping, hiking, skiing, four wheeling, shooting, fishing, skydiving, spelunking, flying, rafting... It's all here. There's no end to the fun things to do in Colorado. I got more into computers and have built many now over the years. Gaming, music production, drones, video editing and VFX occupy a lot of my free time now.

Now I want something bigger, like Texas big! The next big adventure is about to begin!
